These coaching sessions:
are held at least weekly (to be worthwhile we recommend for a minimum of three months, but you can stop any time with no notice period)
last for up to 45 minutes (so we both have time to prepare and, right after the meeting, document what we need to action)
are remote (we talk on video)
have a prepared agenda (we type up a few notes during our session in our shared agenda document so we document key decisions and actions).
