We have designed this Program for small business owners who manage people, as well as any other managers in the business.
It is best for small businesses with less than 30 full-time team members, in any industry, anywhere in the world.
As there are some actions in the courses that are tied to a quarterly date, the ‘People Program’ starts on the second Monday of every quarter (January and April, July, and October).
It also helps in the monthly group coaching calls with your Growth Guide and the other small business owners undertaking this Program - you can get advice from the entire group, on any challenges you are having with the people corner of your business.
You don’t need to have completed the 4 week ‘Strategy Program’ before you can start this one.
If you have your business model tested and proven, have a 10 year financial model to guide you and team to make what is in the sheet a reality in the bank account, you don’t need to take step 1 - the ‘Strategy Program’.
Over the 12 weeks, there is 30 minutes each weekday of course lesson reading and growth actions.
That’s 30 hours all up, and at the end you will be a much better recruiter, leader and manager.
You also have a weekly 30 minute one-on-one with your Growth Guide, so they can ask questions as they build
your model - that’s 6 hours in total over the 12 weeks.
