Implement the Anonymous Team Survey in 14 minutes

As you heard in the video, you can get this powerful survey out to your team in 14 minutes.

It will provide you and your management team valuable insight into what is going well in the business, and what needs to change - especially with the culture, and the performance of the managers.

And, your team will feel more valued after being heard (if you act on good suggestions).

You will need to follow the below steps to make a copy.

If you don't have a Gmail account, you can load these questions into something like Survey Monkey.

The Steps:

1. View our template survey, see how your team will see it, understand the questions and how it is to be complete

2. Make a copy of our template survey in this folder (this will save it to your Google Drive, search for 'survey')

3. Customise the survey if you like

4. Copy the below email template into a fresh email to your team

5. In your survey, copy the link (top right, click 'Send' then the link icon, copy the URL)

6. Insert the link in the 'Fill out the survey' text in your email

7. Send your email to the team

8. Send two follo-wup emails to your team before the deadline, asking those who haven't yet completed to do so

9. When the responses are in, you can view them in a Google Sheet (on the survey form in edit mode, at the top go to 'Responses' then click on the Sheet icon and choose to create a new sheet with the results)

10. Read up on how to work out the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and calculate

11. Add a reminder in your calendar for the first Friday of the quarter to copy the survey and send a new one
