From managing a surfing business, Franziska has decided to explore and pursue new opportunities by creating a marketing mentoring organization. Basic Bananas was established in 2009 and has been running for over 13 years. Became the world’s largest marketing mentoring organization with over 18 FTEs.

Franziska has said that growing a business requires consistency. So she says, “If you’re consistent with how you lead, the team will feel safe and the growth of your business will be smooth.”
