In this episode, I interview Nick Prokopiec, the Chief Executive Officer of Searson Buck, a Tasmanian Recruitment and HR Consulting Firm, that has been around in the Tassie market for just over 34 years now.

Nick has said that if you don't allocate the time and take it seriously, often it turns to custard. So he says, “allocating time is probably the key for a small business.”
