With over 20 years of experience in corporate life, Jeff has decided to sat down and came up with different ideas to build his own business. Barcats was established in 2017 and has been running for over 5 years. Became one of the fastest growing hospitality networks across Australia and New Zealand with over 65 FTEs.
Jeff as said that growing a small business requires resilience and sort of bloody-mindedness. So he says, “Have confidence in your idea, but then go and execute it. Don't leave it up to somebody else.
