1. What do you think is the most challenging part of growing a small business? Alejandra highlights that the mentally preparing for the journey with its ups and downs is challenging. Understanding and meeting evolving customer demands can be the hardest business aspect.

2. Alejandra doesn’t have any specific favorite business book. She read a lot on finance and positivity, no specific book comes to mind. Positivity and spirituality ground her, setting the mindset for success.

3. Regarding professional development Alejandra suggested Tony Robbins and Goldman Sachs podcasts offer valuable insights. "If You're Happy" is a fun listen. Regarding learning tools, her ongoing studies are the primary resource.

4. Alejandra suggests an effective tool for small business growth is starting with solid infrastructure. Organize everything meticulously from the beginning. Implement efficient accounts payable and receivable systems. Invest in a good CRM and calling system as your business expands.

5. Finally if Alejandra could go back to day one of starting out, she would suggest to herself "Start earlier." Being an early entrant often provides a competitive edge, although timing plays a role too.
